Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are expanding our core web engineering team to build, scale, and deliver a new generation of high-impact products. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery—from architecting performant backend systems and real-time APIs to crafting slick, modern frontend interfaces.

You will work closely with product managers and designers to integrate modern cloud services, automated background pipelines, and AI-driven capabilities into robust, production-grade applications.

• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services

• Build modern, responsive web frontends

• Integrate third-party and AI services

• Design data models, background jobs, and real-time features

• Ship, test, and document your work

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced product environment (startup or growth-stage SaaS) collaborating directly with product managers and designers.

• Ability to translate abstract business requirements and end-user pain points into technical architectures without needing step-by-step technical specifications.

Backend

• Architecture planning in a clean and efficient way

• Python, Django, Django REST Framework

• PostgreSQL and relational database design

• Celery and Redis for background jobs and caching

• Real-time features with WebSockets (Django Channels)

• Cloud storage and third-party / AI API integrations

Frontend

• React and Next.js with TypeScript

• MUI (Material UI) and Tailwind CSS

Tooling & DevOps

• Docker and docker-compose

• Git / GitHub and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)

Preferred

• AI/LLM integrations

• Mobile-facing API development

• 2+ years of full stack experience

• Strong Python/Django and JavaScript/TypeScript/React skills

• Solid grasp of REST API design, authentication, and relational databases

• Writes clean, tested, well-documented code
